A word of introduction, about how this all came to pass.
Cat had visited me once before, as described in the web site in March 2007. In October, 2008, Cat wrote to ask if I would like to spank her again. I agreed, and we began to talk about the details. One thing we didn't discuss much was safewords. She'd had a safeword in her previous visit (although she had not used it), and we both assumed she would have a safeword during this visit as well.
At the same time I was negotiating with Cat about her upcoming punishment, I was corresponding with JC. This was serendipitous -- JC was fantasizing about the same kind of spanking that Cat was really going to get. I introduced Cat and JC, and they got along famously.
Cat arrived for her special weekend. Each time I spanked Cat, I sent the sound file to JC, and she shared her reactions with us, almost in real time. Although she was thousands of miles away, we felt her presence in the room, and her reactions (or shock and arousal) are, I am sure, going to mirror those of many of you.

I struggled with how best to present this spanking on the web site. In the end, I decided to use one reasonable structure, knowing that readers who want to reach a deep understanding will read every word. And I asked JC, our Canadian friend, to present it. Basically, I've made separate sections for the preliminaries, for each of the actual (spanking and masturbation) sessions, and for an afterword. There are links to the sections below. Within each section, there are subordinate pages. I could have used fewer pages, but each page would have been longer, which is a problem for people who browse on their cell phones. Cat and I, the intimate participants, knew what we were doing; but our knowledge was hard-won, not something that can be shared easily. JC serves as a Greek chorus, commenting on the action as she speaks to the audience. The spanking sessions over the course of the weekend have a logic all their own, and the final punishment is something that we were, in effect, negotiating from the moment Cat arrived in Houston. You can hear that ongoing negotiation throughout the earlier sessions, and it continues until the moment I first applied the big paddle to Cat's bare ass.

Doc introduced me to Cat's impending spanking weeks before she arrived. We had been having discussions about the intensity of spankings, the desires around them, the need some women have for them, etc. Without disclosing her name, Doc shared a little of their correspondence with me (see “preliminaries”), mostly to show that I was not alone in wanting a severe spanking. Gradually I learned more about her, and eventually I figured out her name and listened to her spanking from 2007. That was severe, but this promised to be a much more intense punishment, and I found myself scared . . . but also fascinated.
